The 100% polycarbonate exterior of this bag is engineered to flex on contact to prevent splitting, cracking or punctures, while a stylish exterior finish reduces visible scratches or scuffs. A built-in TSA-lock allows authorities to safely unlock and relock the suitcase for inspection when needed, and a zippered expansion option further maximizes packing capacity when needed.
The interior lining of this large check-in luggage is made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic bottles to help reduce environmental waste and treated with H2O guard for moisture resistance. Oversize Order Charge - Any product that weighs over 30 pounds may incur a $30 oversize order charge.
At Voyage, we value your time, so we aim to ship your order within 1-2 business days.
Shipments to Miami, Florida addresses can be delivered as fast as under an hour. Check each product page to see if this option is available.
Right now, we currently ship everywhere in the contiguous United States. Hawaii and Alaska orders are accepted at an additional charge calculated at checkout.
We do not ship to P.O Box addresses.
Can’t locate your order? We understand how frustrating that can be! Before reaching out, please take a moment to check these common areas:
- Side entrance
- Back patio
- Garage or driveway
- Nearby bushes or landscaping
Additionally, ask your neighbors if they might have received the package on your behalf. If the package is still missing after three days, feel free to contact us, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.
Incorrect Addresses or Refused Deliveries
At Voyage, we cannot take responsibility for packages lost due to incorrect shipping details provided at checkout. Examples include:
- Incorrect apartment or house numbers
- Mistyped street names
- Any other errors in the address
We are also not liable for packages that were refused or left unclaimed. In such cases, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information and full name to address the matter.
Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking information shows that the package has been delivered but you haven’t received it, we’re here to help. We can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
- Please notify us within 7 business days of the delivery status update to begin the claims process.
Important: Filing a claim does not ensure a replacement or refund. The final resolution depends on the carrier's investigation and their findings.

Tracking your order is simple and convenient. Once your order is shipped, we'll send you an email with tracking information. You can also log into your Voyage account anytime to check the status.
We understand that sometimes things change. If you need to modify or cancel your order, just contact our friendly customer service at (888) 844-4145 as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
At Voyage, we want to make sure you get the best deal possible. If you find the same item offered at a lower price on another website simply contact us with the details, and we'll take care of the rest. We might even be able to beat it!

Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused and undamaged items within 30 days for a full refund.
Sale products are final and are non refundable.
Returns are free if there was an error or mistake committed on our end.
For all other returns, the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. The cost of the label will be dependent on location and the size and weight of the product as determined by the lowest cost shipping carrier price.
Your refund will include the original price of the product and any applicable taxes, minus the cost of the return label if applicable.
